1821 ?GA was the "illegitimate" (according to colonial records) son of Agnes Going b. ca 1725 ?Henrico VA and unknown. However, it is likely his father [*] as well as his
mother were Native American and his parents were married according to Native American traditions but
such a marriage was not recognised by colonial authorities.
Moses married by 1762 Louisa VA his first cousin Agnes Agatha "Aggie" Going, the daughter of
Elizabeth "Mulatto" (Native American) and David Going Sr.

(and other of Agnes' children) was a Collins according to Hg YDNA; this branch of the Collins family
are Native American - Saponi (Eastern Sioux), possibly Samuel Collins or William Collins who were
both in Louisa VA around the time some of the children were born.
